WINERY

SYNONYM OF PASSION

Pago de Ina is a small family winery located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.

Our passion for this land means that in 2000 the family decided to build the building

where our wines are made today.

A functional construction designed for the production of Premium wines.

RECEPTION OF GRAPE AND ELABORATION

MAXIMUM RESPECT

The grapes arrive in boxes at the winery and after a selection at the table we proceed to destemming, after which the grapes are placed in the gravity tanks by means of an ovi. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine is transferred to new French oak barrels where the malolactic will be carried out.

We have 11 tanks of 5,000 liters that allow us to prepare each plot separately, respecting the personality of each of our plots.

AGING

THE POWER OF SILENCE

The aging takes place in our barrel room, a place of silence and rest, where the wine evolves until it reaches the optimum time for bottling.

Our wines remain between 6 and 15 months in new French oak barrels. The time in the barrel is determined by the type of wine and its natural evolution.

Once in the bottle, the wine continues its evolution in the bottle rack until its release to the market.
